The Fourth International Meeting on Puppetry Arts Training, which was scheduled to take place from 22 to 25 September 2020 in Beijing, China, has been postponed to 2021.
The UNIMA Commission for Professional Training informs us that it has made the decision to postpone for one year the celebration of the IVth edition of this professional meeting, due to the travel difficulties caused by the health crisis of Covid-19.
Under the title “The place of tradition in contemporary puppetry. Bridges without borders“, the commission proposed a reflection on the coexistence of traditional heritage with the most contemporary innovations.
The meeting, scheduled for September 22-25 at the Central Academy of Dramatic Art in Beijing (China), will be held in 2021, but the date has yet to be set. The organization is considering several options, during the months of October and November. As soon as the final decision is made, it will be communicated.
In the meantime, the Commission will respond to questions that may be generated by this postponement via e-mail email@example.com
