If you are a UNIMA member and you want to request your card, please fill in the form below. Your national centre will have to validate your application and you will receive your card if your centre’s contribution to UNIMA International is done.
Renewal
If you already have a digital membership card, enter either your membership number or your email address to request a renewal. Your national centre will validate your request and you will have your card renewed if your centre’s contribution to UNIMA International is done.
