On the second day of the Congress, the assembly continued its discussions, presentation of reports and votes:

Then, the UNIMA Treasurer, Lucile Bodson, presented three motions concerning the dues of the National Centers to UNIMA. After long discussions, it was decided to postpone the vote to the next day.
