Presentation

UNIMA Armenia has been dedicated to promoting the art of puppetry through a variety of innovative projects and events since 1992. One of its flagship initiatives is the International Puppet Theatre Festival, held in Armenia, which attracts puppeteers and enthusiasts from around the world. This festival not only showcases the rich tradition of Armenian puppetry but also provides a platform for cultural exchange and artistic collaboration. Through these efforts, UNIMA Armenia has established itself as a key player in the global puppetry community.

In addition to the festival, UNIMA Armenia actively participates in numerous international puppetry events, further strengthening its ties with the global puppetry network. The organization unites puppeteers across Armenia through various programs, fostering a sense of community and shared purpose. By offering workshops, performances, and educational opportunities, UNIMA Armenia ensures that the art of puppetry continues to thrive and evolve, inspiring new generations of artists and audiences alike.
