On 11th September 2021, UNIMA Armenia organised a first of its kind meeting of puppet theatre professionals in Armenia, attended by the representatives of puppet theatres, individual artists and amateur puppet lovers. The challenges and new opportunities regarding the development of puppetry arts in Armenia were discussed by the participants and a new strategy has been developed to widen the opportunities for international professional exchanges and cross-border collaborations.
