Registration for the 23rd UNIMA World Congress is well on its way. We will be seeing many puppetry fans from all over the world!
February 29th 2020 is the deadline to sign up. Please note that the deadline for the reduced registration fee has been extended.
All those who register before December 31st 2019 will pay €500 to attend the congress, instead of €600 (the amount due from 1st January 2020). The reduced fee for those who also register for the seminar is €600. After the deadline the fee for both congress and seminar will be €650.
Therefore, if you are thinking of going to Bali, don’t miss this opportunity!
Practical information
The UNIMA World Congress and the World Puppet Festival will be held from April 13th to 19th in Gianyar, Bali (Indonesia).
Over these days we will have a rich programme with extra activities such as shows, processions and excursions. [download the brochure for detailed information]
The congress is organised by UNIMA Indonesia and will be held at the Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur in Bali. Please note that the hotel has changed its contact address: salessec@sanur.pphotels.com.

Hello. My name is Lucian Boldor Sesan, I am the son for great-grandfather of the university professor Valerian Sesan, who represented Romania in 1929 at the establishment of UNIMA in Prague. I have countless documents, posters, pictures, dolls and decorations since that time. We have had numerous exhibitions in Italy, Canada, South Korea and Romania, during puppet theater and animation festivals, on the occasion of UNIMA anniversaries or other occasions. If you consider an exhibition in your congress timely I will be very happy. Unfortunately, I was not able to attend any UNIMA congress. Thank you.
