UNIMA India in collaboration with the Katkatha Puppet Arts Trust announces it first Puppet Master Class.

Master Puppeteer from the Togalu Gombayetta Shri Gunduraju will conduct master classes in the Karnataka shadow puppet form from June 15-30. This residential workshop will be held in Mussoorie.

The course focusses on training in making and manipulating leather shadow puppets and engaging with the traditional narratives. The course also includes evolving individual projects by the participants. Puppeteers, animators, performers and artists are invited.

Participants must make their own way to Mussoorie. The fees includes the cost of staying, food, the fee for the class and materials.
