The Commission for Latin America, again, in collaboration with the UNIMA Federación España, UNIMA Euskal Herria and the Topic, offers grants to latin american artists puppeteers, permiting them to attend the Summer School that would be held in the TOPIC of Tolosa from June 30th to July 7th, 2014.
This year, the grant holders will be:
Sergio Murillo from the UNIMA Centre Colombia
Rafael Brozzi from the UNIMA Centre Chile
The Summer School, this year, is focused on the traditional puppet, counting on the presence of the Master in wood carving Chris Geris, Plansjet, group Plansjet, traditional flemish puppeteer.
Also, the course counts with a Master about traditional Italian marionette, Polichinela, Salvatore Gatto.
To finalise the 2014′ Summer School, René Baker, will give an interesting course “The Puppet and the Literacy”.
