Commedia dell’arte workshop at Centro del Títere

Centro del Títere in Spain offers a Commedia dell’arte Workshop based on Polichinela, a figure between the supermarionette and the sacred clown. This is a practical workshop on acting in which through improvisations and games the participants will be able to enter into the figure of Polichinela taking the puppet to the body through humour.

In this 10-hour workshop aimed at anyone interested, we will work the mask through physical theatre to approach the body as supermarionette and embody the main masks of the Commedia dell’Arte.

The intensive workshop will be taught by Andrés del Bosque, PhD in Performing Arts and a graduate in Theater Direction with extensive teaching experience, trained with great masters specialized in buffoon, clown and Commedia dell’Arte as Enrique Buenaventura, Philippe Gaulier, Antonio Fava or Vladimir Kriukov.
