Brief history
UNIMA-Philippines is based in the newly constructed, the Theatrical Museum AMELIA LAPEÑA-BONIFACIO, # 64 Mapagkawanggawa Street, Teachers Village, Quezon City 1102, Philippines. Constructed thanks to a grant from former Presidents Fidel V. Ramos and Joseph Estrada, this is a theatre with a seating capacity of 250, with a museum of puppets and miniature toys on the second floor. The third floor is dedicated to theatre. The museum is awaiting donations.
UNIMA-Philippines has a membership of 10 puppeteers and theatre artists.
