The International Puppet Festival The Golden Dolphin was founded in 1972. Each three years, in october,it is organized by the NGO The Golden Dolphin (Varna), the Ministry of Culture, the city of Varna, Union of Bulgarian Actors (UBA), UNIMA Bulgaria and the Varna State Puppet Theatre.
The Varna State Puppet Theatre has launched a Call for applications to participate in the 16th International Puppet Festival The Golden Dolphin (1-6 October 2014).
Deadline for submitting application forms: 30 Avril 2014.
Decision for the selection: July, 1st 2014.
