The British National Centre of UNIMA celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2013.
British UNIMA started on a high with the 1963 UNIMA Presidium (Executive committee) meeting in London and the first major international puppet festival in the UK.
Active Centre since its foundation, several members were member of the Executive Committee, British UNIMA works to promote the puppetry art with the organisation of lectures and their publications.
