31st edition of the International Puppetry Arts Festival will take place on May 15-20, 2026 Festival director – Jacek Popławski, Festival coordinator – Justyna Kudelska.

We are a festival that seeks to maintain the traditions and renewal of contemporary, popular puppetry, with a social and humanitarian focus, present in urban and rural areas of the central Andes of Colombia. We are created and managed by a network of collectives and artists from the Tolima Puppet Theater.
