Between the Seas, in collaboration with the cultural space Kymothoi, invites Mediterranean artists to spend a week in residence in the beautiful medieval Mediterranean town of Monemvasia, in southern Greece, to work and develop their project.
The selected artists will receive study space and accommodation for up to a week. During it, resident artists will be invited to explore the region and participate with the local community through Discussions, workshops and performances. At the end of the residence, the artists will present an audience. Performance for the local audience.
The call is aimed at emerging and established Mediterranean artists; or artists from all over the world whose work is related to the Mediterranean (in terms of themes, interpretation styles and traditions, socio-political questions, etc. that work in the fields of dance, theater, music, puppet theater, dramaturgy and translation theatrical.Link to the call (in English)
